PH 8.6 is at the high end of the recommended PH range. Don't worry about it. If you leave it alone, it will drop naturally over time.

Peltier chillers are inefficient compared to gas compressor types. That is what I know.

The trouble with Alveos is that their polyps come out from corallites and they are not fleshy like elegance or bubble corals....
