Looks like it. Doesn't look like you have any green algae on the glass under the top layer of sand that could produce oxygen bubbles. Not so such about the top pix though. Could be some algae producing 02 bubbles.

From my experience, they do not last very long in a typical reef tank. Not enough plankton to sustain them, unless you have green saltwater!

Hahaha... anyway I just commented to my wife that the tremor may have broke the drainage pipe from my kitchen sink because I saw water coming out of it.... if she was smart, she would have blamed it on the tremor... but she admitted that this afternoon she was doing some plunging to clear a choke and may have pushed too hard and caused a crack...

Oh Marineman... you read my mind! The first order of things is to get a Gestapo organization in place, followed by giving mods the power to control street thugs to help reinforce a zero tolerance policy against any hint of dissent, any word of doubt against the all powerful, all perfect mega corporation of SRC. Labour camps will be organized under the guise of volunteer work and protection money will be paid out to us or else!
