Just started this hobby 10 months ago when my Daughter wanted a starfish but she gave up 1 week later. I took over and set up my own. Downside was no sump. Everything was external. Just a simple 2 feet tank Along the way, it crashed twice, still learning after my last marine setup was many years back when I was in Secondary School, internet was not much available for read up, no YouTube, no improvise technology unlike now.
