    While I am still fighting diatoms/algae. Did a TEMPORARY rescape cos previous rock was huge n shady though I personally love tt piece a lot.

    Could just be algae growing on dead skeleton. Can just snip it too otherwise it’s hard for the tissue to encrust back over. also, best to remove the rubber band as soon as possible & glue it down so that the tissue that’s being covered by the rubber band doesn’t die off
