bro, no issues with that..tried n proven. soak in bleach 24hrs, wash thoroughly n soak in water for 8hrs, safe to reuse if no bleach smell detected1 point

Or just monitor your no3 and po4 daily to make sure they don't go out of hand while u fix your mg ca and kh. Base on your mg ca and kh reading I would suggest u dose kh. Instead of seachem(I never use before so I don't know what is it) try using some sodium bicarbonate.
