i'm using 2 wp25 on my 3 footer tank, both on the same side blowing towards the overflow, 1 on W1,S1 and the other on else mode, Depending on what you keep, for my own tank, i find that its too strong for LPS, depending on location, have to hide some LPS behind the rocks lol1 point

Come to think of It Glass might be to thin..marine is 2.5% more heavier than Freshwater..Why not get a nano tank set for cheap.. for a small tank you can run a Intank skimmer mini one or a Hob A powerhead for circulation Lights This are basic equip You Need afew more equip..Eg- chiller,testkits etc..dont wanna confuse you now.. cheers!1 point
