hi....hv two par38 led bulbs to let go. specs as follows: led lights w 90degree ze27 2x4500k neutral white 1x6500k cool white 4x455nm royal blue 1x470nm cool blue 1x495nm tuquoise 1x660nm deep red 2x410nm pure violet each led is 3w. used couple of hours n realised not suitable. Letting go at 60 each...interested pls text me at nine six five 22 6 four four collection at tampines...cheers!

Not entirely true. It is true that slime grows at dead spots more but that is because your nutrient level is high. If you know, red slime is a kind of aerobic bacteria. i think its duty is related to nitrogen fixation which basically is your ANN cycle. so you have more nutrients, naturally mother cyano produces more of the baby cyano. So to combat red slime, control your nutrient level first. You might want to get a bigger skimmer or do more water changes.
