My 1 year old tank

Hi all,

My tank has past 1 year and I think it'll be more appropriate for me to carry on with the updating in here instead of the usual member's tank. Here's the link to the tank when I just started out:

Anyway, my tank has gone slightly past one year and it is a mixed reef though I intended it to be full SPS initially. Can't resist swaying corals

Dimensions and some info of my tank are:

- 2 by 1.5 by 1.5 ft

- Calcium, carbonate and other supplemnts are dripped manually on a daily basis

- AquaC Urchin skimmer as the main nutrient transport

- 2 x 24w blue PL and 1 250w DE phoenix metal halides

- Running rowaphos and carbon

- Temp ard 26-28 deg. Maintained by a cooling fan only and air con at night.

- 2 x seio 620 and a 1500l/h return pump for circulation

- water change of 15% every 2-3 weeks

Bought the normal indon zoos at the bottom left some time back cause of the rather special ones that came with it. Mouth is blue with yellow and orange circles. Hope they will spread... camera can't really zoom in more for a clearer shot

new frag from fellow reefer. Fast grower. Encrusting the rock within a couple of weeks. Realise I'm not getting good success with earlier montis due to infection. Lost 2 colonies already. And I find the captive raised frags do much better than the wild colonies of montis I've got so far. Keeping my fingers crossed

pink pocci from wa lanz a couple of months back. Doing really well with good polyp extension. Thanks for such a beautiful coral

my top half of the tank. The green staghorn grows really fast. Prob the fastest sps grower in my tank. Got it as a frag from Reef2. Grew to the surface a couple of times and had to frag it off. New tips coming out all the time! Really nice piece from reef2. Thanks!

$10 brown mille from iwarna more than 8 months ago. Turns out rather purplish pink now and growing pretty well too. Base totally encrusted and new tips forming at the base as well

sorry for this dark shot. Put exposure to -2. My favourite sps in my tank. Abosolutely fast grower and breaks the shape of the rocks. lots of new tips forming, even at the base
