AT had 1 slice on the top fin before i slept last night...

today he had 2 obvious when he spreads his top fin

all had their fun bullying him..hope he is up to it

u can see a little irregularity at the top fin...tat's one of the slice

yeah....but when it comes to tangs...even the smallest can be a bully to a new addition

and he is always the nearest tang to the front glass, thus makes him look even bigger...but yes, he is the biggest guy in there now

went for a short while after marketing trip, end up looking at puppies there instead....dun wanna buy anything to add to my tank liao, so just drove pass the fish farms

so basically this is the update till now, hope day 3 will not have 3 sliced fins

tat's all for now...he's eating pellets along with the others...less of veges compared to his previous holding tank...

anyway, i was thinking if we can feed freshwater pellets to our marine fishes? coz my current pellets keep getting stuck at the fins of the tunze streams..

wonder if i can use those smaller pellets to feed my marine fishes or not... just a thought, dare not try yet

thanks giantbike: i suggest a good skimmer to fiercely oxygenate the water in order to keep them well other than the infamous feeding rituals...no secrets here....they, esp the anthias, live in very oxygen saturated part of the reef...so i try to provide as much oxygen saturation as possible

Alfa: i really dunno.....all had their turn chasing him....but of coz the yellow tang is too infamous to be deemed completely innocent also

not adding any more fishes to my tank till i upgrade my skimmer in a couple of months time

my maroon clown has been feeding on freshwater pellets for almost a 3/4 yea nw. but i think if u wnan use pellets, make it a part of a vaied diet though

colour up? hahahaha. btw the some ppl say if tangs eat bloodworms, they will die?

kidding lah..those colour enhancing pellets may have extra chemicals that may harm marine fishes...i just try those normal small pellets that will not get trapped by the tunze grills can liao

haven't heard about the bloodworms though
