giantbicycle
noticed that the 2 fans are placed in differnt position..The one on the left side is to placed downside.. cous its purpose is to sucked up all the stale air and to chill down the tempeture so that the warm air can be sucked up ..and on the right side is placed upwards ..Its purpose is to bring down the water temperature by blowing cool air in to the tank..And you notice there is a cycle ..where cool air is brought in by the left fan and warm and stale air is sucked up by the right fan.. No more stale air (fishy smell ) in the tank ..And i noticed that there is also wave produced ..Take a look at the pic..

giantbicycle
can use the one in sim lim rite? erm...sorry dont get what you mean ?? But i think you maen that can you use the fan you bought in sim lim..is this what you mean..IF so, any fans can be use just that mine is together with a wooden plank to support the 2 fans and..MY purpose for the fan system is to get a wind cycle ... one to cool and one to suck.. the fan you bought at sim lim is without any clip nor stand..so you need to make one.. SRC Member Golden Tooth Posted March 18, 2004 SRC Member Share Posted March 18, 2004 wave Good job. Is there any powerhead for circulation in the tank? If there is, try directing it towards the direction of the fan blowing. Quote Bevor Sie das Licht sehen, müssen Sie sterben!

giantbicycle
okiee.. i spend a lot $$ on the wood and my dad ask me not to do drilling myself .. haha...so he ask his workers and i gave them small tips and the furnishing , buffering and screwing of the fan.is done by me myself . haha..i will not scarge any other except the cost price .. the total cost price is $48 for 2 5 by 5 inch ..and i have seen one product at LFS ..It is a single fan 4 by 4 itch and it cost $30 ..the only specil thing is it have a 360 dregree rotational clip ..and i think that is $$$ expensive..so i DIY one.. Ohh yar..forgot to say if interested, free transportation will be provided anypart in SINGAPORE..... JB need some tips haha
