Boxfish...

This fish, if sufficiently disturbed can wipe out the whole tank including all other fishes as it releases taxic substance. they grow up to 18" in the wild, difficult to be kept in aquarium with problems mainly related to diet - green and meaty food. Poor survival rate in captive system. Avoid agressive tank mates.

They rarely release toxic from my experience... Unless Very Very stressed... They rarely reach 1 ft in captivity... They will eat but most die due to ich... My 2 cts..

Think you should raise the water level to stop the water from you hangon from splashing onto the surface. Will create alot of salt spray. then you have to mop floor everyday!! he he
