not different grade.

just at different times of year, the availability of stock is different.

as well as loss during shipment etc. all these contribute to high pricing.

happens everywhere.

why sometimes some fishes are $18, some are $32?

then between different LFS sometimes some $12, some $8?

its not cause they're out to earn extra profit, but because they must cover their shipping costs and losses.

well, there are some LFS selling Coral at a very HIGH price...

last time supersun can go like 50 dollar per poly for one very normal super sun....

* i got this kind of suncoral @ price lower than $20/- at irwana. Maybe auntie like my face....and its the last piece and clearance sale...

I am just an average FR (fish reefing) writer. If you like my FRs, please upz my points.

sell fast = cheap prices.

no rush = normal or expensive prices.

demand > supply, price goes up.

supply > demand, price goes down.

but these are on the assumptions that all other parameters are unchanged.

when loss in transportation all that occurs, your prices will definitely change.

to me most impt is the health of the coral. if it is already stable n doing well then paying even double what it originally cost is not a big issue.. Better than buying a cheap piece only for it to die within a couple of weeks rite... anyway upz for the sale ...
